This is an Executive Search for our client, a Worldwide Consumer Brand Marketing Organization.  We are searching for Senior WEB Program Manager to work out of our client’s Ridgefield Park, NJ location.

Salary Range:   $95K to $110K

Reports to:         Dir of Program Management

Senior WEB Program Manager will be directly responsible for integrated online marketing campaigns and site builds for client accounts. You will clearly define and manage interactive advertising and marketing projects, enabling our cross-functional project teams to deliver on time and on budget client projects. The Senior PM must be EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGE about web & online media technologies (Flash, ASP, JSP, HTML, XML, CSS, Database, CMS, CRM) and have considerable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a degree of project ownership and accountability.

You should posses the ability to -lead projects independently.
Be results-oriented, a fast learner and able to quickly adapt to change.

Common sense approach is absolutely necessary and  be a creative problem solver with a take charge attitude.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Oversee multiple, concurrent interactive projects and facilitate all phases of project development including scope definition, planning, creative development, production/implementation, testing and launch.
Develop any documentation according to prescribed delivery process - necessary to clearly communicate project requirements and parameters, including functional specs.
Manage accurate project timelines, project plans and project budgets AND - lead internal cross-functional project team.
Manage external vendors and freelance resources.
Develop statements of work and change orders, create project plans, lead kick-off meetings and manage budgets.
Manage project budgets, internal job codes, and external invoices.
Manage and orchestrate quality assurance testing and bug remediation.
Help to grow account(s) by producing high-quality end products, within budget and on schedule.
Play an active role in re-evaluating current processes and recommend and implement improvements.
Play an active role in estimating new business for existing and potential new accounts.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
6 to 10 years of interactive project management experience in an agency environment.
Excellent project management skills including team management, scope management, change control, project estimation & planning, vendor management and resource allocation.
EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGE about web & online media technologies (Flash, ASP, JSP, HTML, XML, CSS, Database, CMS, CRM)
Expert MS Project skills are a must; as well as MS Office & Visio.
Solid understanding of web and online media and experience with social-media/viral-media a plus.
College Degree (liberal arts and/or computer science) or equivalent experience
