Now Hiring: Product Specialist/Sales Associates
 
Responsibilities:
 
Promote and sell our merchandise through excellent service, professionalism, and product knowledge... and help your customers create the home environment they desire!   Ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale to drive repeat business, increase average ticket & close ratio and continually improve in the following areas: Overall sales volume, Accessories, Bedding & Protection Plans.
 
Full Time & Part Time positions available. Retail hours.
 
We provide excellent new hire paid training & ongoing training opportunities. You will attend a two week training program at our headquarters & in your HomeStore location. We will equip you with everything you need to be successful and exceed customers’ expectations!
 
Compensation:                 $60,000 - $90,000
