Mandatory Requirements:
Number of Position : One 1. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, documenting and defining business rules and modifications as needed to meet future needs. 2. A minimum of two (2) years hands-on experience in analyzing and preparing reports regarding any software enhancements. 3. A minimum of two (2) years experience in developing business requirement documents, technical/user system documentation. 4. A minimum of two (2) years experience in designing web pages, preparing use cases and testing.

Desirable Requirements:
1. Experience with clinical health care data. 2. Experience synthesizing incomplete and differing user requirements 3. Experience in participating in the implementation of system changes and enhancements. 4. Experience with ICD9, LOINC/SNOMED coding schemes, and reportable conditions. 5. Experience communicating in two or more activities listed below : a. Preparation of user manuals b. Preparation of training material c. Provision of timely and clear status reports d. Conceptual, system, and program design specifications e. Participation in team design meetings f. Leading system design session g. Leading meetings dealing with the development or modifications of a system h. Working with users to gather system requirements i. Describing a system orally to technical and/or non- technical staff. Description must have included such topics as: • Systems Business Processes • Systems Data Flows and Databases • System Controls and audit Trails • System Security • System Hardware and Software Components • System Interfaces 6. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and mentor team members. This must be demonstrated by experience in one or more of the following activities: a. Conducting technical training sessions. b.
